Jaroslav Halak returns to Montreal for the first time since being traded away. Guy was absolutely miraculous during the 2009-10 playoffs when he pretty much beat the Pens and Caps by himself.

The hockey-crazy Montreal crowd is going to give him a HUGH standing ovation.

Prepare to watch a grown man cry.

Whenever sportcasters say so and so returns to wherever, I for a second think they mean he got traded back. They need to stop with that bs hype terminology.

I assume you're saying they actually will applaud him, not boo him. I've always felt Montreal is the heart of hockey, and has the most respectful, knowledgeable tradition/fans in the nhl. :
