Giving out a selection today for the masses! Usually root for Temple in this Big Five Philly rivalry but my feeling is Nova will cover in a nail biter or even win it! Could have got it last night at better number but +4.5 should do the trick!
Looking at ratings from sources Temple probably like 5-6 point or so better! Temple same team as Missouri that just handled Nova in that 4 guard type team without much frontline presence! Missou though better squad and this be Temple's 4th game without big man Michael Eric (11+ RPG). Last 3 foes were weak in Bowling Green, Central Mich, and Toledo!
Temple has potent guard play from Moore and Fernandez but believe Nova's frontline advantage will prove too much for the Owls to over come! Wildcats best 2 players in guard Wayns and center Yarou need to come forth in more consistent play along with the rest of the young talented group!
Nova has shown quality play for most of their games but sloppy play for short span of minutes (AKA Santa Clara game) has hurt them! Temple's Dunphy I give the slight nod over Nova's Wright for in-game coaching but thinking the more talented team in Nova should get enough inside points especially will no Michael Eric for the Owls!
Villanova not near as good as potential Final Four material from years past but this team should be better than they are right now but just need to play smart between the ears! Game on ESPN2 tonight at 8PM! Good luck!
