That was a big shrug for me.  Nas doing good business relates somehow to his guilt/innocence in the murder case?
There was also a really bad - well, not so much bad as completely unrealistic - moment when Nas' lawyer was surprised with the information that Nas had injured TWO kids at his old school - and she followed up on it.  My law background is basically limited to watching Law And Order and some movies - and I know not to do the idiotic thing she did of inviting a description of some not-previously-introduced violence her client did.  They made her very hesitant but still, they had her go there.  No lawyer is that clueless.
Anyway, I shouldn't dwell on what I see as weak when there is so much good and I am really enjoying the show.  
I am definitely not backing off my prediction that Nas will be found innocent of chicky-poo's murder but will do something else to be legitimately jailed.
