But 9 times out of 10 I would buy a 12 pack of Miller Lite.

Probably the worst beer I've ever had was this very highly rated smoked porter that I had on tap one time. I guess the barley was smoked before the fermentation process or whatever. It was thick, salty and incredibly smokey. I don't know if you've ever used liquid smoke, but it had that same sort of aroma to it. It was one of the worst things I have ever tasted and this thing was a 93 or something on ratebeer.

I've also bought and tasted other very highly rated beers that were just a struggle to get down. Beer from Norway and Quebec for instance that could only be described as medicinal.

I dont recommend the new Coors Light Summer Brew.
