Just called the suit people and they were like "Oh it's ready for you to pick up, swing by anytime." When I went 2 weeks ago to pick it up as originally agreed, they were like "Oh it's not ready yet, we'll call you."

The rings are ready too apparently. The goldsmith hasn't shown us anything throughout the process - we have no idea what we're getting. Last I saw my ring was still a coin.
