I had an arugula and frisse salad, with grilled pears, apricots, blue cheese, spice peacans, and apple cider poached salmon.

Minimart meatball sandwich, 7 inches. Onion rings. Cup of sliced watermelon. Love the Minimart watermelon.

Quick chicken stir-fry with tomatoes and chestnuts with a little wheat pasta and broccoli. Mostly seasoned with lemon pepper.

Lemon pepper (also called lemon pepper seasoning) is a seasoning made from granulated lemon zest and cracked black peppercorns. The lemon zest is mashed with the pepper to allow the citrus oil to infuse into the pepper.


Goes well with most of my fish recipes but I enjoy it on certain pastas as well.

Venison backstrap for tomorrow and low calorie Tilapia-fish tacos for Friday.
