mine was about $400 queen. Its pretty nice. And yeah, they seem to wanna negotiate with you. I think it depends on the place though. I don't think American Furniture Warehouse will negotiate

Just had a new Sealy queen firm mattress and box spring delivered from Macy's on Thursday. $500 in all with taxes and s&h

I have a Sealy Queen as well. Firm. Can't remember the model name, but it's by far the best mattress I ever owned. I think I paid $600 just for the mattress.

Consumer reports just did mattress' maybe in feb or jan? I forget where.they came out... im sure id follow their recomendation. I do remeber that cooling gel is a scam.

I know people who just sleep on that egg crate foam or whatever it is and love it. I wouldn't want to be that close to the ground, but whatever floats your boat.

It was a 3 bedroom house.

I don't remember the mattress being all that comfortable.
