Mr Quincy is completely welcome and accepted as far as I'm concerned, and has been for quite awhile. I am waiting for an explanation of his 13 generation Canadian roots but I am being admirably patient about it.

Rog do not let this deter you from visiting us. Altoona is like any other city, big or small, it has it's bad area's and has it's good.
Blizzard was a big problem in the are a year ago.
But in our little town, drugs aren't too big of an issue.
