Let's not be too hard on the guy. If the case ultimately comes down to a positive identification of the top of his head, he'll be feeling justifiably smart for wearing that motorcycle helmet.

First OJ and now this guy. Not like the good old days, can't get away with anything in a Las Vegas hotel room anymore.
 
should have sold them off on the streets ( drug dealers) for 1/2 price or less.
some smuck would have fallen for it if he done it quick enough
