only complaint I have about my acer is the volume doesnt go loud enough
you can barely hear it...so I bought some external speakers

and had a few keys pop off but easily fixed....


and both the USB ports broke from just trying to plug a cord into it

You shouldn't plug in a cord to a usb port.

Usb ports are made for usb connections.

While still not as fast as my HP's, it turns out the Acer is faster than I originally thought. When I made that comment I was at the office on my Verizon Hot Spot WiFi so it was the Hot Spot that was running slow not the computer. Once I got home to my (set up by myself and a major accomplishment) home WiFi it ran just fine.
