I recommend doing what I did the last time I stopped in Montreal. Go to Olympic Stadium for a baseball game between the Expos and Phillies with Steve Rogers versus Steve Carlton. Smoke a joint in your seat and see how many people give you odd looks.

Hahaha. You realize you're right next to my old place, right? Go to Cafe Campus on Prince-Arthur, it's a 3 minute walk, just North of where you are. There's almost always a band on one floor and a DJ on the other. Crowd is going to be your type. Lots of loose Frenchie girls.

What do you mean? There's nothing else around that corner, it's all condos. Maybe they rebranded it, but it is the old Econolodge.

For food, walk south to Ontario street and try to get in La Paryse, it's an institution. Premium greasy spoon. Might be a lineup, although it's probably crazy cold tonight.

Most restaurants on Prince-Arthur are middling tourist traps. Not horrible, just mediocre.

There's great sushi up on Des Pins/St-Laurent, place is called Ginger. Bit expensive but worth it.

I was going to come in here and recommend a place called Le Pistol but it appears to be closed. Damn.

My buddy and I are mind boggled at why humans would ever think it was a good idea to make a city here. Mammals are not meant to be in there sub-zero conditions. We were walking around a bunch last night, and I started to feel severe pain in my eyes. Every said, you need to invest in an $800 jacket, to even have a chance here long term.

Cafe campus ended up being pretty cool in the late night. Some sexy young girls there.

I was approached by a hot Qubcois chick, but she lost interest when she found out I didn't speak French.

Enjoyed pigging out on smokes meat and poutine.

Was so cold we dipped into the gay piano bar across from metro station for a beer.
