Jake was able to dance fast enough to be frustrating for Joshua to catch up to. when he wore down, he was able to stalk him.

it's a bit embarrassing that Paul was not in better shape. but I'd guess the anxiety and constant moving/falling trying to avoid a dude that could literally send you into a coma would be exhausting

Against a real heavyweight, yes. You patiently wait for your opportunity to strike, because if you chase after a dude running like this, you leave yourself open to being countered.

Against Jake Paul? You could close the distance and throw some punches if you wanted to.
