Sprinkle in a sports related thread here! Yes, Texas might need this win to get invited to the Big Dance while Iowa St is already in! But the Longhorns have lots of talented frosh playing who might or might not come through? Plus Texas will be without best inside defending big man! Texas guard Brown probably most explosive Big 12 offensive threat but Iowa St's Babb probably best defender! Good matchup!

Cyclones counter with attack led by point guard 6'8" man in Royce White! Problem for Texas will be if goes to rim to score and they double team him then he will dish to plenty of proficient 3PT shooters! Hoping teams are cold with open shots is a gamble! Texas short on frontcourt players but still think they will play White with one man and if they have to, foul him! White shoots less than 50% from the line!

IMO the Cyclones must be patient on offense and not get in an up and down game! In the end I see Iowa St getting a close win here! Tranfers White (Minny), Allen (Mich St), and Babb (Penn St) it appears have come together for coach Holberg! Hopefully the below pic resembles what I see at the end of tonight's game!

Mr.Monkey, I'm not betting this game but not because I disagree with it. I'm not betting this game because if I did it would lose. Seems everything I touch on the board goes down in flames. I can't win at anything for about 2 months now and I'm tired of trying. There is a blockage in my FLOW.

Probably right but depends on your definition of regular! Teela as an example might not post alot but I know she is there in GL's corner and she only posts when she feels the time is right!

How the hell I forget, I had his name on the list too! Vegas Dave could go off ant time and boost GL numbers even though who cares what our numbers are!

CobraKing: solid guy but common one time
CaliGrlNJ: Archie RUINED it. Not even close to regular poster anymore.
Morty: again, another solid guy but calling him a regular poster is :pot:
