lol, they now at least do it with a computer thing that matches it. the first time i sent from here (which was only a couple years ago) they actually took my fingerprint with ink and put the piece of paper with it in the file.

they take fingerprints for everything here. everyones is on their national id card. which makes it odd that they solve about 1% of crimes.

Pretty sure, Ive never sent over 950 so I'm not sure if that is a hard cut-off. Most of the time they dont even ask for id when receiving but I know they're supposed too. What is the point of black listing anyways? Aren't they making money off of you? Or once they figure it's gambling they have a moral conscience? I doubt they could get in trouble if it's proved for gambling anyways. The corporation must be run by a bunch of jesus freaks who hate gambling.

No it's mandatied and regulated by the government. Otherwise they'd love the volume and encourage it.

I know there are limits with WU I see them when I send money aooocariont.

UIGEA doesn't have to do anything with it. it's Know Your Customer/Anti Money Laundering regulation set out by Fincen that money transfer businesses of all type must follow.

Transferring ownership of money is a regulated industry, that includes casinos.
