I was more interested in why two weeks after touting his plays yet again with that bump that he stoppedposting them. Perhaps the person in his "grouo" that actually comes up with the plays didnt like them being given away to sbr. Or john put a stop to it.

That timing of those threads was really confusing to me as well, I actually posted in the first thread because he had just posted a winner in wnba the night before and I was hoping he was going to post some Wnba and Arena plays more in his spreadsheet, that spreadsheet was always very sporadically updated.

I just assumed he is stopping because it had something to do with him posting pinnacle as his book and the climate in the US over offshores, or just the climate for gambling in general.

I certainly dont know anyone with alot of info on arena plays even with wnba plays other than a few people like RAS and a few cappers. I personally don't think he is a bad guy at all, I have seen some threads at places claiming his law degree and schooling is not as impressive as made out to be, but I always loved the Feustel reviews in amazon and his videos and I even liked his book.

For recreational wagerers like me who were looking to move beyond flat betting, alot of those books from gamblers bookstore are very dreary reading.

When I discovered sbr a few years ago, I never really posted much but I did like the info, he seems well read and intelligent, maybe he is just in an impossible position trying to gamble for a living and be a mediator between players and books. A lawyer who certainly makes the majority of his living off gambling , having to mediate between players and sportsbook while obviously keeping your own account moving seems like an impossible task really.

Maybe its a psychological thing with some of the boasts of his gambling and his group, I don't know, but this thread was the worst, http://forum.sbrforum.com/players-talk/1067082-i-feel-dirty.html, ricky steve just made a two word post. "Respect Lost".LOL

I don't think Justin is a bad guy at all, he helped me with a dispute 4 years ago and I am very grateful, maybe its just a very tough position to be in trying to be a professional gambler and a mediator as well. He is a mass of contradictions ,thats for sure

Wow. What a fucking faggot. Never saw that thread, Greg.

I wouldn't share breadcrumbs with Justin. You know it's going to end up in a book or out in the open on a public forum.

There's no excuse for posting things like that. It's just blatantly obvious to me that he doesn't make shit from gambling. I don't know how a lot of other people can't see it though.

Justin7 asked me once to tell him how to win betting soccer. I never heard back from him after I told him. I guess he was expecting me to email him a complicated mathematical model involving statistical data from previous seasons. It's fukking soccer dummy. When you have been betting it for 25 years making money you don't need that shit!

There's a big difference between you guys and Justin though. You guys aren't delusional, don't attempt to write books, don't try to convince people that you're sharp, etc.

I was just giving you a hard time. :)

I was fully aware of the shit Mods cop before I took the job so I just take it all with a grain of salt although some of the shit is definitely deserved at times.

One of the most amusing things I've learned since I started to work there is that the majority of the ones who fling the most shit at us have at one point or another approached SBR to hire them in some capacity and were turned down. Not saying that's the case with you obviously but it definitely helps keep it in perspective when I see those types of posts.

And no, definitely no books from me any time soon unless there's a market for how to lose tennis handicap bets by the hook.

For sure. They definitely get shit. Justin deserves it though. And he's the only mod that I've really ever given shit to. I don't care about Lou. He's a moron, but he's pretty harmless (as long as he's not mediating). The rest I've always gotten along with.

Justin bought me a drink years ago for showing him how to perform a regression analysis in Excel.

He was already holding himself out as an expert back then.

On the other hand, he did buy me a drink, so that was nice.

In all fairness not all the shit the mods catch is unwarranted. Some if not most get their position after coming from the ranks of being a poster themselves and take with them certain grudges. Not only that some fail to recognize that in their capacity of authority they must now conduct themselves with a degree of professionalism and this is not always adhered too.

Not to kiss ass or anything but I always thought Willie exemplified what every Mod should strive for. Wish I could say the same across the board but it's not the case.

I agree Wally. That's why I said in my post that some of the shit is definitely deserved at times. :)

I heart Willie too. He's a cool cat.
