Yes, she hasn't been back.

She does still annoy me by picking up small stones from in front of her balcony and throwing them at the other stones on the roof.

The sound is a pain in the ass and she'll do it for hours if I don't go outside and ask her to shut the fuck up.

I think that one day you should pop out of nowhere on the roof while shes throwing the stones, catch them and gently place them on the ground. I really think this would move her and she'd be back with a black garbage bag in no time.
