She still has a lot of pain so I don't know if we can go for my preferred position (missionary) or we will have to go for some lower impact spoony kind of thing.

Just to follow up, we did go for the missionary position. She is really having a lot of pain but it did not seem to be a factor during the actual boinking. I started out quite slow and careful but it got pretty vigorous before all was said and done.

We both climaxed at the same time. It's nice when that happens.
