How to make Margaritas

One cup crushed ice from the ice maker. One shot of Jose Cuervo. Thee shots of Jose Cuervo Mix. One slice of lime. Kosher Salt. Mix all ingredients in a shaker. Pour in glass with lime and kosher salt on rim and drink. Repeat as needed throughout the day.

2 parts tequila (just not Cuervo)
1 part Cointreau
3 parts sour mix
1 freshly squeezed lime juice
a splash of Orange Juice

Shake and strain over ice.

Float Grand Mariner and enjoy

one thing i try not to do any longer is use a pre-concocted 'mix' for a good cocktail. it's like taking good ground sirloin and using it with hamburger helper. to each his own, i guess, but i just can't bring myself to ruin good liquor with some watered/salted/sugared down mix.

how to make a knock your pee-pee in the dirt mexican martini

juice of orange
juice of 1 lime
2 ozs 1800 tequila
1 oz triple sec
1 oz sweet & sour
splash of grand marnier
jalapeo stuffed olive

combine first five ingredients (fresh oj through sweet & sour) in a shaker, add ice, shake and strain into martini-style glass. add splash of grand marnier and garnish with the jalapeo stuffed olive.
