Want to increase your In-America slaves? Buy more fruits and vegetables that need handpicking, apples, pears, tomatoes, cole. Also buy more chicken, broiler chickens, the cheaper the chicken the more the slaves.

Pay no attention to prostitutes though, it's a huge fable the sex slave bullshit numbers they throw. In order for enslavement to flourish you have to have at least a semi legal brothel/ legit sex industry in place in the country. It happens from time to time but not even close to the numbers in Europe or Australia.
