Things are going okay here. There seems to be improvement. I have seen a few baby silverfish - usually wriggling around in the powder - but overall activity is definitely reduced. Too soon to declare anything but promising.

But then the next question will be, will they just move somewhere else. Maybe start coming out the other side of that wall (which would be my bedroom closet).

Kinda ready to declare my efforts a success. The results were not instantaneous but we have gotten to a point where I haven't seen a silverfish of any size for several days.

Seems like they are maybe gone?

Seen one roach in three years at current location. I would think they stay behind the fridge/cabinets on account of the felines, and im ok with that compromise. My moms house is over 100years old and during winter mice move in. I like a combo of good ole fashioned snap traps (w/ pb obvi) and good ole fashioned dcon poison. I dont worry about a poisoned mouse dying in the walls and stinking up the joint, they decompose in a few days.

Except in the case of my silverfish situation, I think the mission actually is accomplished.
