I have bet totals, puck lines and Regulation Only so I know how they work. On a straight money line though if it goes to overtime or a shootout does the ultimate winner still get the money line win? In soccer there is something where you lose if it draws after regulation or something crazy, so I am curious about hockey.

I didn't bet the Thrashers game tonight but I did list it as a potential play. They won but in overtime so had I bet this would I have won?

Reno, I know it seemed like a silly question but in soccer there is one bet where you lose if it draws. I was wrong in saying I have never bet a money line in hockey but meant to say never bet one where it went to overtime.

I thought I saw somewhere in a previous thread where the poster lost a money line play cause it either went to overtime or ended in a draw so I was unclear.

Thanks though for answering. I lost a little of my hockey guru status with my question.

wally in soccer all bets end at the 90 minute regulation time. in hockey they go to over time and shootout if necessary UNLESS you specifically bet the regulation time only bet. regulation time only bets aren't really popular.
