I remember in grade school we had to do whole pages of A though Z in cursive.Haven’t used my trigonometry skills in 40 years either

I write all of my work checks in cursive and all of my notes inside greeting cards. Sometimes gets sloppy but it was never pretty to begin with. My kids are still being taught it in school but it's not given as much attention as it used to.
