Has anyone here ever used an inversion table?

I am thinking of getting one but I have never used one before.They are supposed to be very good for helping with back pain..This one has a lumbar heating pad built in and is $100 brand new

Not working today man... Cleaning up this small patch of ground in the back yard area in hopes of planting a small patch of shade grass...Possibly, I will take a drive to go look at these inversion tables....Later, NHL for sure... I am trying to decide whether or not to put a bet on tonight's game..will think on it awhile...Ill probably just watch...


Edit: also a trip to the local Liquor Control Board of Ontario is in order...vodka/scotch supplies are critically low.
