I need to go back to the gym.

I weighed myself today and I'm 208lbs. Clothes are not fitting like they should.

This will be like boot camp.

Switch to wine, ~1/4 the carbs of beer for the same alcohol content. A lot of fiver for the buck.
 
gl fiver. it's been over a year since my last drink and it really is not as hard as it seems. granted I didn't drink for other reasons
 
wine gives me terrible hangovers.

GHB will have you sleep like a baby and produce no hangover, but it might be hard to explain to your people why you're getting shitfaced on Diet Coke.
