Must be the Algerians. Farmers in France have long been targeted, they now hire security or town police to patrol the fields, they even get government subsidies for this extra cost. I remember this type of news, it's an old racket for them. They must have moved on to Quebec out of easiness.

And all along I was shaking my head at the FRENCHIES for being dumb for leaving their garlic in the field unattended and wondering WTF were they thinking. NOW......now it's the Algerians and not the dirty FRENCHIES who have me thinking.
