durito im sure you can pay to wire a cable connection from the local city to the area if it isn't wire already (next to the ex president's place), so minimum that, while surprisingly some of these smalls towns that never had cable are getting fiber optics connections, i got to go touring these towns for studio thing

you're right passport from here alone is no good, that's why you need some other countries pr, canada singapore australia any such would do, i will make it my mission to get the eu

I contribute bi-weekly to FL Pre-Pay college fund.

Both my critters will have 4 year college tuition and local fees paid when they get out of high school.

And $15/$20K in a 529 for books/dorms etc

That's a helluva lot more than I got after I grabbed that useless diploma.

how does it work?
is it just your money sitting in an acct? or get benefits from it?

I had HOPE grant but pissed it away due to bad decisions

Looks like you'd need to wire fiber there anyway. Probably too much attenuation for any other type of cabling for a place that far away from anything.
