Belarus is just Russia's corner office.

just woke up. I missed the game. Needed sleep. If anybody bothers to pay attention they'd see I bet Finland. I wish Russia was a better team than they are but I'm well aware they are just not good. I did not bet on Russia a single time in this tournament.

You're a pro RC! You need to take the team that makes you money! Was rooting for Russia but you said from the beginning they just didn't look right! At least you made some dough!

not sure.

word on the street is that Malkin and Ovechkin were not getting along in the dressing room for the entire Olympics. I knew they didn't get along, but I also read that Kovalchuk brought them all together the summer before the Van Olympics to get them on the same page and to get them to patch things up.

If was in charge of Russian team I would not use nhl players. I would put together a team of locals and train them as a team over a course of several months. These guys have no flow and no strategy, the coaches aren't willing or able to do anything. Its hard to watch so many talented players playing ineffectively.

Right! Looked it up and saw half of Finland's players are not NHLer's!

I can say the same for the Canadian team. Babcock fucked with the lines right from the start. He should have kept the lines the same instead of mixing them up so often.
