An episode of the show Monk was filmed right out front of my building a few years back. I can't imagine what was so special about my road but they had the semis all lined up.

I actually acted in an episode of a TV series once. I played a cop. I kicked in the door of a meth lab and then went and roughed up one of the ne'er-do-wells.

I'll be damned if I can remember what show it was. Amazing Stories or something like that. It was quite awhile back.

Oh the memories.

Amazing stories that ran on NBC that came on after Alfred Hitcock presents? I think I remember that..... they had meth back then?

Interesting. I don't remember that show. I see it starred Wojciehowicz from Barney Miller and was directed by Starsky.

That wouldn't have been my show though. As I think back, "my acting career" happened in the early 90's.

I was in a movie around the same time and I know exactly what it was.

Talons of the Eagle

Again I played a cop. This time I got slaughtered in the opening scene by a little ninja guy with spinning knives on his wrists.

That movie had James Hong who was the Asian guy in The Seinfeld episode where they are waiting for a table at the Chinese restaurant.

I bet I am within 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon.
