Does pinnacle allow you to bet the limit again after they've adjusted their line?

Example Pinnacle limits 20k on a game

Bettor wagers 20k on the game or the full limit. Does pinnacle move their line slightly and than reset the betting limit for that players account so he can bet the limit again if he so chooses?
