Do you get into Halloween?

I like seeing people dressed up in various outfits

disconnect the doorbell and usually go out with the lady and have a good time. No dressing up or doing anything revolving around Halloween. When the boys were young had to do it, but like the one out by my sisters. They go all out in the subdivision to scare the kids and definitely make sure the adult candy is served at most stops.

What if you gave kids items us adults NEED around the house.

Replacement lightbulbs
screws, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.
cleaning materials
toilet paper
soap
batteries

etc.

You'd have spent 10x more money than you would on candy and you'd end up behind bars. Man, life changes.

I hate feigning the "what a great costume" deal. If the dealers and/or bartenders are dressed up tomorrow night, I am hiding in my room with Grey's Anatomy.

So is my fat Pogo Dog who will not be observing Halloween this year. Actually I think I would rather see a pet dressed up than a child. Weird.

He already senses the iag's absence and hopes grandma slips up and gives him some candy....which she has been known to do, despite signs all over warning not to do so.

My mom LOVES those. I buy them for her in these huge bags. She eats them constantly if I let her...and at her age, I don't see much reason not to.
