Does anyone know if authorities are able to mine texts from your phone or from the companies central server as anything that claims itself to not leave a digital signature anywhere has me suspect of such claims...

This is what I strongly suspect and will continue to do so until its proven that theres a way in which a digital signature does not last forever.
Just goes to show that the old fashioned way of sharing sensitive information is still the most challenging for analysts for figure out...
