I found it very intriguing why would cris close the casino in Managua. It used to be right smack in the middle of the city center, the whole night life of the area was based around it, it was obviously profitable. So why would they close it?

So I started snooping around. It all unraveled on July 2011. There was this Argentinian singer/poet named Facundo Cabral, he was famous but not pop star famous, poet mix with folk songs very classy tango style presentations, very masterful of the Castelllano language, with a great voice. I personally wasn't familiar with him but I did see a promo presentation of him in a local spanish tv show in Miami once.

Okay so he was touring Central America in July, doing shows all over, he gets to Guatemala City does a couple of shows and after the last one he gets in a car with Henry Faria, which is a nica business man, heading to the airport to fly to nica for some shows. En route they get intercepted by a Zeta envoy at 5:20 in the morning in Liberacion blvd and they start shooting on the road hollywood style from the left side of the target vehicle to the driver. They lose control and crash into a business.

The shooter's vehicle, the Hyundai SUV, gets abandoned not too far. The assassination target was Henry Faria, most of the bullets went to the driver side, Cabral's lethal bullet came in to the left side of the brain. Faria survived. The fuk up part is that Cabral was going to take the hotel transportation service but the night before he met up with Faria (who was the promoter of his tour) and he offer him to take him to the airport.

At one point during these four years I was gone cris casino changed hands to this Faria guy, under what circumstances I don't know, but they kept control of the sportsbook within. Faria owns some whorehouses that go by the name of Elite, in el sal, guat, hon, nica and cr. Fancy joints, colombianas-only $100 for gringos type of places.

After the incident police intel of guat, hon, nica and cr start investigating. He stalls them for a couple of months. Business starts to go sour, everybody keeps their distance, no one wants to talk you, it's always like that. cris loses their out in nicaland. This was a couple of months ago. Digging deeper they see that this guy is big in pez distribution and coin laundry. Obviously he lost all blessings he had because of such high profile way it happened. When you lose your blessing you're always going to be fuked because you're going to be offered as a sacrificial lamb to the gods of the north, you know, for pr purpose to keep on fighting the good war.

As surprising as it may seem nica police intel is verrrrry good, world renown. About two weeks ago there were some workshops done in the conference rooms of the Intercontintal hotel about police work, there were guest from colombian DAS, spain CNI, gringoland FBI, and a bunch of mexicans, ok the point I want to make is that they are very effective and people actually come to learn from them. So they came up with the intellectual author of the killing and it's this big time costa rican pez guy Alejandro Jimenez. All these months he had kept a low profile and was hiding in panama, apparently things heated up there and he was going to hide to colombia. He mounted an op with the help of the rastrojos and left panama via speed boat heading to Bahia Solano, not too far from you rito. But some birdy whistled and they caught him on arrival, this was last month.

The last couple of months Faria got dirtied up and went into hiding, on the 29th of last month two weeks ago they caught him chartering a plane from la costea in managua's mga, destination not revealed. They arrested him on the two mentioned charges and a RICO like law.

Sorry it's taken so long rito, but it's always good to know where you're stepping, you know so you don't mud your shoes up on these dirty roads. But cris is our rock, and they are back up after the Faria arrest, and it's a better set up. i'll tell you about it.

HAHA I laughed at "gringoland FBI". Great write up RJ! I'd love to read more of these!

WHat is pez distro ?

When can we go open a casino in Managua :) ?

do you, mr chip and rogue, play alot ? Or was this just a common hang out for you guys?

things are heating up boys

officially: faria made a complaint to the nicaraguan center for human rights (Cenidh) accusing that he is being tortured on a daily bases

http://www.laprensa.com.ni/2012/05/04/ambito/100274-daj-rechaza-quejas-tortura

off the record: boys this is coming from very high and it's not on the news, the current economic adviser in the cabinet of Daniel Ortega (the president), a gentleman by the name of Bayardo Arce http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&...i&biw=1366&bih=653&sei=n6ejT_nrBo6i8gStzOn-CA, is being linked and there's an apparent nexus with the whole faria case, this is big and serious boys

the torture complaint and request to a judge to be moved to another facility was quickly shot down in a single day.

gl analysis: who is financing such torture? see eye eyyy, this is the type of evidence they would love to have on file for down the line :winkwink:

i'm calling it now: faria will get killed pretty soon watch

Palidejo is now enmeshed in legal cases in at several countries, including Guatemala, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica, where he is wanted for money laundering. It is also not clear whether his name was among those that were blacked out in a US indictment issued by a New York court in 2006. This would mean Palidejo is also wanted for drug trafficking charges in the US.

Palidejos case points to the existence of a complex transnational network that moved cocaine from Colombia through Central America to the US. The Costa Rican was reportedly under the protection of Colombian group the Rastrojos, who likely served as one of his primary suppliers of product. He has also been linked to a Mexican drug trafficking organization with ties to the Familia Michoacana.

besides the cedulas this dude was muling money for palidejo back from guatemala/honduras to costa rica with his diplomatic passport
