I used 1 tablespoon of the curry for the 2 pieces of the fish. I also added garlic and a little brown sugar to the sauce. My girlfriend thought garlic would help and it did.
The coconut mile was a whole can 13.5 ounces.
Pretty simple actually. I wish I had taken a picture if the finished product. It was quite tasty (and after adding more curry powder spicy)
