You obviously took your own advice and worked on that ummm and uhhhhh problem.

Dave, there is an epidemic of Attention Deficit Disorder here and unless you are Cali threatening to take your top off 13:16 is simply too long of time to hold the groups attention.

I agree with you on the Alabama game. I haven't looked at the props but if there is one for defensive score book it.

I have no opinion on the other games but I do have a question about the Oregon St play. Do you think sometimes you try to get too involved in the psychology of the players and how they will respond either positively or negatively? I ask that because of you Philosophy Plays and also because I too sometimes looks more into the psychology than the numbers at times.

Oooooooops.

Good luck on all the plays, hope you sweep.

P.S. The length of the video comment was sarcastic in intent plus a way to simultaneously take a shot at Cali and mention her as well in order to get you more views.

Thanks, I think only one slipped in there, but I'm pleasantly surprised I didn't have a much more difficult time.

Kidding or not, 13 mins IS too long. Gotta keep these to 10. I was more focused on vocalizing, but will have to work speeding up and not rambling into the equation as well!

Almost seems TOO obvious, doesn't it?

I actually tend to stay away from motivational factors in college as often as I can, because these are kids out there and who knows what's going through their heads on any given day. But in certain cases, like this one, I make an exception. Do I look into it "too much"? Perhaps. But at the end of the day, every pick I make based on statistics and matchups makes clear sense to me and I'm fairly confident in, and it all goes to hell anyway. Psychology stuff is more guesswork than science, but considering I do better with picks based on these things than on my football knowledge, I haven't given myself a convincing reason to stop.

I took Penn State, we are on none of the same plays but I wish you good luck this week Dave.

I was thinking about taking the over in that Tulsa game, not sure.

Oh and Wally, I listened to all 13 minutes. This guy is worth listening to, even if he doesn't take his top off. I'd say 26 minutes if he does.

CB

I think i've watched/listened to it bout 2.5 times

you just gotta listen while you surf the net or get reaady for work in your bathroom. I like to listen to david when i'm shaving and plucking my ear, earbrow, nose hairs

Dave how many football jerseys do you have now? hockey? any baseball or basketball?

what do you do with the jersey when the player goes to another team?

Exactly why I stay away from "philosophy" type picks in college.

Oregon State DID come out fired up and played their hearts out early. But unlike the NFL where any team can beat any team, Wisconsin is just so much stronger, faster, and better than OSU that their effort was squashed.
