Cigar Anyone?

Does anyone here enjoy a good cigar?

Personally I hate smoking and I never want to be around someone smoking a cigarette but there is just something different about a good cigar. I actually enjoy the aroma and taste.

I went through a phase a few years ago where I would try a new cigar every couple of days and then I just quit, of late though I have started craving them again.

I wouldnt call what I do smoking cause I dont inhale and Im certainly not an aficionado, hell I really never even learned the difference between styles and brands.

So is anyone here a cigar person?

I got a bunch of big-ass Cohibas from a coworker the other day, got in trouble with the neighbours for smoking part of one inside the house. T'was worth it. Great shit while you're drinking bourbon.

One of my friends would dip the tip in some kind of liquor when he would enjoy a cigar after playing golf. It might have been a brandy but I'm not sure.

Not interested in cigars at all. I don't find the physical experience positive in any way. Just the opposite. Kind of gross. Bad taste, unhealthy, no buzz - useless.

Occasionally I see people trying to romanticize the practice and turn it into some kind of coolness issue. I don't buy it. If you're not going to inhale, what's the point? It just looks dopey to me.

Slightly less interesting to me than a little kid blowing soap bubbles.

You don't need or want to inhale the smoke. You still get the same kinda buzz you get from a couple of quick cigarettes. The mouth absorbs some nicotine.

That Cohiba I had was quite good too. It left a nice floral smell in the living room.
