I’m always very amused by people who don’t dress weather appropriate. You see it a lot in South Florida.

It will occasionally get down to the low 50’s and you’ll see dudes in shorts and flip flops.

Low 50’s in South Florida is REALLY cold because of all the moisture in the air. Low 50’s in South Florida feels like high 30’s in NYC.
