or wires in general. How long do they take? Do you guys normally just wire the cash and "hope" it gets there? Is there any protections in all of this?

The help people always seem to give useless answers to these questions.
 
imo just keep all your receipts in case of some bullshit(I've 'lost' one deposit over course of my career and it wasnt a wire) and you'll be fine. I sent one to them beginning of this month took a week to get credited then lost it all that day.

now i gotta wait till april 1 to send more.

its easiest if you have a bank that lets you send online wires, then no bank idiots to screw up the form. its pretty easy. wire should be credited in a couple days tops. some books will give it if you send them the receipt.

wires can get lost, but the bank will track it down, you wont lose your money.

Thanks rito this is exactly what I'm doing. Do you just wait on those days? Do they normally credit it or is this something I need to go chasing around? I've never received a wire so I don't know how it appears or how it would look on their end to get the money in my account with them.

When you say keep your receipts what are you refering to? I'm doing these online because I hate interacting with "support" people. The only "receipt" I have is of a website that links me to all the information I entered with a reference number? Just keep the reference number? What can I do with this if say the book says they never got it, but it's not in my account anymore?
 
bmaker has been very easy in my experience. take a screen shot after you send the wire and email it to the person that sent you the instructions. my money has usually been in the account the next day or day after.
