I wish every country who's citizens get fingerprinted by the INS as tourists returned the favour and required US citizens to be fingerprinted and have their mug shots taken when visiting.

These are not Mexican illegals trying to sneak in.

I don't think alot of tourists are aware of the process until they arrive at US Immigration.

Canadians are exempt from the measure. Thankfully.

Just more paranoia.
