I log in to my BetPoP account to make a deposit.

I select "Moneybookers" as payment type. I get this message:

"To deposit funds into your account using this payment method, please contact Customer Services."

So I send an email describing my problem and receive this reply:

"[email protected] <[email protected]>

Dear customer,

The reason why you can deposit is because moneybookers or any other deposit online is not working, the processors are down.

"

I wonder why they even bother to make this shit up, I've tried a few times on separate occasions to deposit and get the same message from the system cashier at BetPoP.

Now I've had zero issues depositing at other sportsbooks using Moneybookers recently, as a matter of fact Bet Online sent me detailed instructions on how to send funds using Moneybookers just today.

Guess where I'll be sending the funds originally destined for BetPoP?

Yep, I'll deal with Bet Online instead.

YouWager/BetPoP should learn something here.

avid Thomson: i want a withdrawal

You are now speaking with Calvin of Customer Support.

Calvin: we don't process payout on the weekends only monday through friday

David Thomson: you don't process payouts on any days dont bs me

better than this ^

I think Moneybookers takes away their ability to take in deposit if they don't keep their merchant account funded for withdrawals up to a certain amount.

Interesting, good to know it is a problem on their end.

I thought YouWager/BetPoP are part of a big global sportsbook operation, how can they not have loads of cash in their Moneybookers merchant account?
