I remember last year someone posted a link (something like baseballdata.pl) that showed the weather and wind direction/speed for each day
 
If you know the nearest airport code you can get very detailed weather reports from the aviation weather.

Here's an example.

both have the occasional slow moving line, and they both have decent bonuses. limits are small at both. never had a payout problem at either, but they have ripped people off.
