Oh man we had a good one recently. Closed for this girl and the realtor was a total ass when another company turned her down and he demanded petty title fees out of her pocket. Completely hostile over maybe a couple hundred dollars.
We closed it without his services.
It's good to know some of these people are out there, looking good in contrast is never a bad thing.
