Try peppers. After a few weeks they develop deep roots and you hardly need to water them. I have cayenne peppers. I pickled some, dried some, frozen some and use them for chilies and stews in the winter.had some tomatoes growing...the heat killed them...im not so good at remember to water stuff either![]()
