i had started to type that we would play these card and dice games at the bar with the guys who owned the place

they'd win some of our money and then always lose it back to us so we'd feel like we were rockstars but really they were just giving us back what we started with

and they'd set up karaoke and let us smoke and dance on their booths while they sang and just be little wild things all night after they closed

man tonight i was talking to blitty about this soul food place we used to go to in downtown la and now thinking of my soju nights makes me kind of miss living there
