Just a couple questions Coug. When you placed the pork on top of the onions, did you also add any water or some sort of stock to the slow cooker? I assumed you cooked on low heat for 8 hours, but in the end when you mixed it all together, you cooked it for another 30 mins. I am assuming you cooked this for 30 mins on low as well. Also how much ginger did you use?
I've only used a slow cooker once in my life (just bought one last weekend) so I am new to this.
