Matty, when did you start smoking? :ohmy:

I've been walking about 10-15 miles a day the last two months. Lost a bunch of lazy weight from stagnant poker playing and snacking all day. I'm converting to strictly tournament play for poker and walk between casinos. I'm in really good shape all of the sudden. I'd rather exercise than diet though. If I can't eat shit that tastes good, there's no point to living.
 
I've been losing mad weight recently without watching what I eat at all. Actually I've been eating utter garbage most days. Strict diet of power-walking at least an hour a day while smoking 20 cigs. Ima keep doing that throughout the holidays.

Yes, simple everyday walking is enough for most people without doing all that dieting bullshit. But people in America are obsessed with their cars.

:yes: good job Monkey. I used to be big on walking, particularly around casino towns. And also agree on the exercise over diet thing.
Like exercise that gets you somewhere, walking, city biking, or playing sports.
 
I anticipate having to diet for about a week at the start of January to get back to my fighting weight. I don't enjoy dieting for a week but it is nothing too extreme. I can handle it.

Might as well just enjoy the letting myself go. Many chocolates and flavored pretzel bits are being consumed.
