Mathieu,
Can you forward to me the proof that you have regarding my changes during the last week? I would like to put this matter to bed quickly.
Thanks,
Eddie

Sure Eddie, see the attached 1.jpg and 2.jpg. No one else’s picks show any discrepancy, and I’m not aware of any such delay happening to me this season, and I make last-minute edits all the time. You were the only one affected – multiple times – by a mysterious server delay.
My only other proof is your admission that 2 of your week 16 picks took a while to “adjust” – by my estimation they “adjusted” during the 2nd quarter.
I’m glad to drop it since I won and there’s no upside in fighting over this, plus few people seem to realize the implications.
Whatever. Well done pal.
-Matt

Thanks for this.
I have requested from CBS Sports to provide a log of my changes for that day in order to hopefully show that the changes were made at an acceptable time. I have used my commish access in the past for other users who have mentioned they were unable to update their account in time and they have emailed me before game time.
So two options,
Do you want to wait and see what time my changes took?
Since the changes that you have referenced too cancel each other out, do we call it ‘water under the bridge’ and move on?
Based on your response below, it seems like you’re willing to drop this but I want to be clear. If so, then I’ll send an update to all parties to satisfy any anxieties.
Thanks,
Eddie

I would be more interested in a log of your moves for Week 16, since your two changes happened way later, well into the games. And yes, that would indeed be a fair solution, but I’ve confirmed that CBS doesn’t keep a log on their end. They suggested that I contact the pool manager to get a log, but you seem to imply that there isn’t one.
I would suggest that a third party log into your manager account to check what you can or cannot do. If you could either:
1) Make any edits at any time without a log being kept
2) See everyone’s picks as soon as they were entered, and not only after the games were locked 5 minutes before the posted time
…this is pretty much an open-and-shut case. I know that these pools rest on the ol’ honor system and that you shouldn’t be in a pool if you don’t trust the manager, but in all honesty your two Week 16 adjustments were rather mind-boggling.
I’ll personally apologize to you and send a public apology to everyone involved if you can provide proof that the changes were made before the cutoff time, i.e. 12:55pm for the 1pm games, 4pm for the 4:05pm games, and so on.
BTW your second option wouldn’t excuse anything. You either abused your powers or you didn’t.

It appears we’re at a stalemate here as I cannot show proof of logs in my account (yes, I’ve checked). Also, to your two points, I do have the access to see all under my account.
What I’ll do is present the information to the league and put it to a vote on what to do.
Stay tuned.
