Oh I get it now. He is not changing his picks based on the score of the games. He is just trying not to have the same picks as you so he can beat you if you have a bad day, right?

No, more the opposite. He was leading the whole thing before today's games. If he could get away with it he would pick exactly the same games as me so I can't catch up. Today we went from having picked 5 games different, to only 3.

That's just one of his scams. Like I mentioned earlier, he past posted well into the games last week.

I agree that it doesn't make much sense to split the pot now that I'm winning.

AC: Matty even kept screen snaps of my picks for some reason!
Co-Workers: So he didn't trust you? So wait a minute, so did he not trust any of us and kept screen shots of every persons picks for a friendly office pool?

Just trying to help you out Matty! You got 3 days to come up with something other than the truth to sway public opinion your way!

I expect people to keep not caring. I did trade emails with one of the VP's involved and he's trying to come up with a fair solution.

Ol' Eddie needs to be DQ'ed and return any money he made on top of the $170 he invested.
