Just threw out $30 worth of cooked Chilean Sea Bass after I accidentally left it out all fucking night.

a couple days ago a full plate of chicken breast with fried rice and vegetables

why: I usually eat dinner as breakfast so sometimes I buy at night and save it for the morning, I got to my place and took the food out from the throw away container and I placed it in a plate, I wrapped in plastic to keep it fresh and put it in the microwave, the next morning I wake up, I remembered the food is in the microwave and just press the buttons to heat it up for a few minutes, while forgetting it had the plastic on, when I opened the door with a smile on my face I see the plastic was there, I walked like this and threw it in the garbage
