lol, it is really cheap to buy boobs. and colombian plastic surgeons are famous. medical tourism is a real industry in medellin. come down for vacation, have surgery, stay a month and still spend less than the states. lol

i dont really know people that do this, though my friend is half colombian-american and says his sisters come down for suregeries. My american friends have had several friends come down for dental work though. Its quite good at a fraction of the price.

That said, I dunno who at that wedding could afford even the prices charged here (other than the american woman at my table who would never do such a thing regardless of cost)
