would appear as if getting 1st downs will be a chore for them right now, wally...mccarron is one overthrowing fuck though...florida has done a decent job of stopping the run the last few series...i would love it to stay under...:yes:
 
RayRay, I posted earlier in the week elsewhere that Florida could win this game if they would simply put Demps in the slot, Rainey out wide, Jordan Reed back (that was if ready) and use Burton or Glillislee out of the backfield.

Gosh dammit RayRay you would think Weis would have thought of this himself.
 
Credit Alabama's defense but it's very clear that there hasn't been much time spent with Driskle in practice at least not with the first stringers. I guess maybe part of that has to do with the new coaching staff and new system requiring much time to be spent with Brantley though.

Next week could be interesting but Florida needs Demps healthy, Reed back in the line-up, Driskle to grow up overnight or Brantley to be less injured than it looks.

I'm recanting my earlier comment about loving Florida as an underdog next week till I see the injury report.
 
My observations on this game.


1. AJ McCarron isn't ever gonna win a passing percentage contest.

2. Trent Richardson is so awesome.

3. We really miss Julio.

4. I really need to stop reading Nick Saban's lips while he is yelling at his players.

5. Charlie Weis missed a belt loop on the back of his pants.

6. Brantley getting hurt is all the ref's fault. If they had given Alabama that fumble like they should have, Brantley wouldn't have been on the field and wouldn't be hurt.

7. I really HATE South Carolina for letting me down today.

8. I think that Florida player who threw that punch should have been ejected for missing. Come on, dude!! Fluker is over 300 lbs and is the biggest guy on our team. How in the heck do you miss all that??????

9. Cherry flavored NyQuil is quite tasty.

10. Eddy Lacey still has turf toes.

11. This defense really could be one of the best we have ever had. And that is a scary thought.

12. And sorry Wally, for hurting your QB. We want you to beat Auburn so get well soon!! Or have Opie grow up quickly.

SC lost , gators lost
, my boy got his first win of his athletic career ( 5+yrs all sports)

and we got a 3 way tie for the east :dance:

and I cleaned up with Bama covering... made all my losses back this yr + some on NCAAF :dance:




now lets see LSU break the gators down next week :dance:
 
The 2H line was like knowing the stock market would be going up for the day.

Immediately put as much $$$ on Alabama at -3 and -3.5 that Potato could off-shore.

Got back all of the Florida ML / +5 bets and some.

Can't wait to hear pally's report to doc. Saturday had to of been pretty rough.
